REFUND, CANCELLATION & DAMAGE POLICY
No-Refund Policy: Due to the chemical nature and temperature-sensitivity of scientific research reagents, we cannot guarantee the molecular integrity or purity of products once they leave our possession and control.
All sales are final, and returns/refunds are not permitted, except strictly as set out in below.
Damaged Goods Procedure:
- If an order arrives physically damaged or compromised, the Buyer must take clear digital photographs of the damaged items, outer packaging, and shipping labels BEFORE removing the products from their original primary packaging.
- The Buyer must report the damage to info@peptideaminogroup.com within 48 hours of carrier delivery, attaching the required photo evidence.
- Upon receipt and verification of adequate photographic proof, we will lodge a claim with the courier service’s insurance. Once verified, we will, at our discretion, issue either a replacement shipment or a refund for the damaged items.
- Failure to provide required photographs prior to unpacking or reporting within 48 hours invalidates any claim for replacement or refund.
Lost in Transit Policy:
- An order is deemed “Lost in Transit” only when verified as lost by the shipping carrier’s official tracking metrics.
- If an order is officially declared lost in transit prior to delivery or customs clearance, Peptide Amino Group LTD will issue one (1) complimentary re-shipment.
- If the replacement order is also lost, or if the loss occurs due to an incorrect/incomplete address provided by the Buyer, no further re-shipments or refunds will be issued.
